This role oversees all aspects of K‑12 food service production, ensuring USDA‑compliant menus, high‑quality meal execution, and an exceptional dining experience for students. The Executive Chef will drive culinary standards, mentor and develop kitchen teams, and partner closely with district leadership to support student nutrition initiatives. ** What You'll Do*
* + be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
+ ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
+ have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
+ ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
+ have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems

** Qualifications & Requirements*
* Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
