Baker, Restaurant​/Food Service

Overview

Preparation of all necessary products for Grill, Market, Sun Deck, and Banquets. Baking of all breads, muffins, breakfast pastries, desserts and other bakery products and cookies.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.

• Supply all areas with necessary products for daily production.
• Maintain all items at proper par stock levels.
• Set up all desserts for banquets.
• Handle all special requests as specified by Chef and Sous Chef.
• Keep area neat and orderly, containers properly labeled, dated and rotated. Coolers need to be clean and organized.
• Proper requisitioning of all items for daily production.

• Previous experience as baker of bread, muffins, cookies and desserts.
