Union Position:
Part of the Local 1 Union. Requires complete open availability. Full‑time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary week to week.

Position Summary:

A Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and lounge promotions and specials.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point‑of‑sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well‑stocked at all times.
• Follow Forbes and luxury steps of service.
