Coury Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience;
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes; offer wine and beverage pairing recommendations;
Properly open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards;
Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, and plating) and manage timing;
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
