Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from the storeroom and delivers to the bar.;
Restocks coolers with enough product for the shift and keeps service wells filled with ice.;
Ensures beer taps are working properly and that garnishes, straws, and napkins are stocked.;
Clears glassware or plates left on the bar; washes dirty glassware to maintain stock and cleanliness.;
Assists in opening and closing side work and prepares/serves beverages as needed to support the bartender.
