- Wash plates, glassware, silverware pots and pans to uniform standards
- Repeatedly lift up to 50 Lbs
- Prevent loss & breakage of plates, glassware and stemware
- Maintain clean & orderly work space
- Observe safety and sanitary standards
- Take out garbage
- Stand on feet for whole shift
- Other duties as assigned
Established in 2012 by Dr. Tanya & Craig Richardson who had a desire to add an eclectic world class restaurant to the vibrant Chicago brunch scene. The idea was simple: offer the freshest food possible with flavors that people would come from all over the world to experience, and want to come back for more.
