Responsibilities
- Greet & interact with guests pleasantly
- Perform beverage service (pour water, give straws, offer coffee)
- Set tables in a timely fashion
- Check tables for coffee and tea refills
- Clear tables of plates, flatware, cups, etc
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables for next guests
- Check floor for refuse, spills
- Restock flatware, cups, plates, etc
- Take out the garbage
- Ensure guests have a great experience
Established in 2012 by Dr. Tanya & Craig Richardson who had a desire to add an eclectic world class restaurant to the vibrant Chicago brunch scene. The idea was simple: offer the freshest food possible with flavors that people would come from all over the world to experience, and want to come back for more.
