Clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipe tables, chairs and clear debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding tables.;
Reset tables in accordance with established standards to seat new customers quickly.;
Remove full tubs from bus stations to dishwashing area for cleaning, maintain a clean, stocked bus station.;
Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distribute to service stations.;
Sweep restaurant floors throughout shift to maintain a clean and presentable restaurant.
