We’re currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about people, food, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As a Restaurant Manager at Paisans, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. You’ll lead, train, and inspire your team to uphold our high standards while ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift. Our managers lead with purpose, and we back them with the tools and trust they need to excel.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor financial performance (labor, food costs, waste, etc.) and control costs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with Paisans culture.
• Work closely with upper management to implement operational goals and initiatives.

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory control is a plus.
