This position is part of a Service Charge pay model and is compensated primarily through commission based earnings from service charges on guest checks shared among front of house team members. This position may also receive tips from customers. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

QUALIFICATIONS- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous server experience in a high volume setting preferred.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with coworkers and guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Demonstrate Parker Hospitality's core values at all times.
- Follow all uniform and appearance guidelines for the duration of the shift.
- Arrive punctually and prepared for duty.
- Comply with all rules, policies, and conditions of employment outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Abstain from working under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances.
- Refrain from engaging in violent, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
- Pass a drug and alcohol test within the first 90 days of employment, where required.
- Must be able to stand or walk for the majority of a shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts including weekends.
