This is a first‑time opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, trend‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Achieve outstanding personal sales and drive top‑line growth for the store.
- Train and mentor sales associates, providing coaching and feedback.
- Maintain a high‑quality customer service environment that delights shoppers.
- Execute merchandising standards and uphold all operational standards, including payroll, task scheduling, inventory management, and cash balancing.
- Minimum 2 years of assistant‑manager or similar retail management experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
