As a Ticket and Retail Agent (T&R), your goal is to facilitate the fun, engaging, efficient and safe movement of guests through the attraction. You may wear multiple hats as a Retail and Photo Agent, Ticket Seller, Ticket Scanner, Greeter, and Reservationist. You will have engaging interactions with our guests by bringing your best and anticipating guests’ needs while following Flyover standards and operating procedures.

The Ticket and Retail Agents should always strive to maintain a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guests and team members.

We are hiring for seasonal part time and regular full time T&R positions. The wage for this role is $18/hr USD and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

• Greet guests, scan tickets, and answer questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to guests in terms of experience, price, restrictions, and content.
• Edit photos of guests and be knowledgeable about photo packages and backgrounds.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Encourage strategic upsells as appropriate at Point of Sale.
• Ensure all facility safety precautions are met and inform the Operator and Supervisors of any concerns.
• Lead by example to ensure Flyover Chicago operating procedures, safety of guests and team members, and service standards are consistently maintained by all team members.
• Communicate efficiently using proper radio protocol.
• Assist with evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Share knowledge with guests about Navy Pier, Chicago, and other tourist attractions around the venue.
• Other duties as required.

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary
• Solid knowledge base about Chicago and local area
• Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry is an asset
• Cash handling and Point of Sale experience is an asset
• Public speaking experience is an asset
• Fluency in a language in addition to English is an asset
