Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, shift management, and assistant manager roles within the retail food industry.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability.
- Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Minimum 2 years management experience.
- Availability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week).
- Stamina to stand approximately 8 hours per day.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives.
- Ability to handle guest service and team member issues.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Ability to work under stress and in high-volume settings.
- Perform duties of Team Member, Shift Leader, Trainer, and Assistant Store Manager.
- Manage a staff of approximately 4 to 7 team members.
- Assign, oversee, and evaluate staff duties.
- Lead in product preparation, sales, and service.
- Follow company SOPs and directives.
- Make staffing decisions based on performance.
- Ensure superior guest service.
- Audit systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
