Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, shift management, and assistant manager roles within the retail food industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.
  • Availability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week).
  • Stamina to stand approximately 8 hours per day.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to handle guest service and team member issues.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work under stress and in high-volume settings.
Manager Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties of Team Member, Shift Leader, Trainer, and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Manage a staff of approximately 4 to 7 team members.
  • Assign, oversee, and evaluate staff duties.
  • Lead in product preparation, sales, and service.
  • Follow company SOPs and directives.
  • Make staffing decisions based on performance.
  • Ensure superior guest service.
  • Audit systems for accuracy and completeness.
  • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
