Retail Associate

Position Overview:

Under general supervision, Retail Associates provide guidance and education to customers regarding their marijuana needs. They assist patients to ensure they receive the correct medication suited to their specific illnesses and conditions. In adult-use markets, Retail Associates deliver excellent customer care and support the company's values. They work closely with the dispensary leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Major Responsibilities include:

• Completing and filing intake forms and paperwork, then entering data into company databases.
• Confirming patient purchase limits before entry into consultation and dispensary areas.
• Providing exceptional customer care and maintaining positive relations.
• Responding to customer inquiries via calls or emails about products, training, and information.
• Managing patient records using state and company databases.
• Updating and maintaining databases.
• Fulfilling customer orders.
• Promoting and selling products.
• Building trust and integrity around specific products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least two years of direct customer service experience required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook.

Pay: $17.00/hour plus benefits

Additional Abilities:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods, perform manual tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds or more with assistance.
• Effective verbal communication with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Moderate noise environment.
