First Cash is seeking enthusiastic Pawnbrokers/Retail Sales Associates for full-time roles across our Chicago locations. This position requires engaging with customers while processing sales, loans, and other transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. A commission incentive plan is available, rewarding performance with up to 8% commission.
