Position: Sales Associate - Full Time - West Town
Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Knoxville - Responsibilities:
Deliver a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions;
Drive sales and store key metric performance, maintain merchandise presentations, and work closely with store operation teams to meet store objectives;
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service;
Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism;
Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment
