Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring that store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate register/point of sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
What it Takes- High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent. One year of retail experience is preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
- Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.

The starting rate for this position is $18.25 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $18.25‑$18.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
