2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Merchandising Field Service Representative. The role focuses on executing shared services projects, coordinating tasks with the Shared Services Field Management team, and ensuring efficient, high‑quality merchandising across markets.

• Participate in, and sometimes lead shared services activities across local, area markets and division‑wide initiatives.
• Track and execute all work functions accurately across markets.
• Communicate consistently with field services management and representatives within 24 hours of contact.
• Maintain an average of 30 field‑work hours per week over a 12‑month period and update availability accurately.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Lead installation, display, and early‑project activities, including overnight, early‑morning, and team installations (2+ people).
• Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain fully functional.
• Manage virtual software teams and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Track, manage, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Provide coaching, direction, and training to the field team, ensuring clarity on job knowledge and schedules.
• Support local and regional teams in executing all shared‑services projects.
• Represent the company professionally, fostering a positive work environment and transparent communication.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability:
  Monday‑Friday, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and overnight as needed.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, primarily via phone, text, and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent (retail or merchandising experience preferred).
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency in hand/power tools and following planograms.
• Owns an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 60% of the year.
• Leadership skills: able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and lead a team with clear communication.
• Problem‑solving ability and willingness to provide process improvements.

• Hourly pay $20.00 per hour.
