Inventory Associate - Chicago Metro Area
Starting Wage: $17.00 - $20.00
Location: Greater Chicago Metro Area including Schaumburg, Naperville, Joliet, Tinley Park, Homewood, Hammond.
Responsibilities- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals.

- Support the company through reliable performance and teamwork.
- Competitive pay with productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in first 6 months, up to $5.00 maximum.

- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- No degree needed.
- Open to candidates returning to workforce, with military experience supported.
- Access to reliable transportation.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk frequently, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently be in low positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
