Pay range: $64,000.00 - $. Compensation is based on factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. The Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader role helps ensure a consistent, fresh, and safe experience for guests through operations, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Key Knowledge & Experience- Guest‑service fundamentals and experience building a guest‑first culture
- Food & Beverage business fundamentals: department sales trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotion strategies
- Planning and executing department monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and meeting sales goals
- Competitive analysis to drive business objectives
- Managing a team of hourly staff and leaders, creating business‑specific strategies and goals
- Recruiting, selecting, and talent managing hourly team members
- Drive total store sales and understand your role in store profitability
- Model guest service standards and lead the team to deliver a fresh, full, and food‑safe area during all operating hours
- Promote a food‑safety culture; train, validate, and coach the team on food‑safety standards and cleaning routines
- Build a guest‑obsessed culture that prioritizes experience and meets store sales goals
- Lead efficient operations to fund the sales culture
- Develop strategy and use workload‑planning tools to manage scheduled workload and keep the store guest‑ready
- Own scheduling plans with your Team Leaders based on monthly and weekly business and guest traffic
- Manage Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas; walk standards, review reporting, and identify business gaps
- Oversee Team Leader workload planning: transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions
- Build relationships with direct‑to‑store vendors and manage their performance
- Validate, audit, and maintain food in‑stocks and follow up on Team Leader execution of the business plan and assignment sheet process
- Use guest insights and competition analysis to drive business and be the destination of choice for guests
- Work a schedule that aligns with store needs (early morning, evening, overnight, weekends)
- Maintain Brand Standards for applicable stores (e.g., Starbucks, Pizza Hut)
- Foster productive relationships with brand DM and follow up on key takeaways
- Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational change
- Anticipate and identify changes in store trends
- Actively develop, coach, and train team; anticipate staffing needs and recruit both long‑ and short‑term
- Elevate team skills and expertise
- Establish a culture of accountability with clear expectations and performance management
- Be a subject‑matter expert in federal, state, and local beverage laws and protect the store’s liquor license (if applicable)
- Provide a customer‑centric service and shopping experience
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team with accountability
- Follow safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier
- Address store needs such as emergency and regulatory visits
- All other duties based on business needs

Skills & Qualifications
- 4‑year degree or equivalent experience
