As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store, actively selling our products, and supporting them with product knowledge and care. You’ll also handle garment refill and care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house while collaborating closely with the store team to deliver a superior customer experience.

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
- Engage with customers and converse to provide excellent service.
- Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
- Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
- Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, brands, products, competitors, and influencers.
- Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
- Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Maintain best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Passionate about fashion and the in‑store experience.
- Motivated by creating a great customer experience.
- Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Have sales experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or related service industries.

Hourly, Non‑Exempt
