This Duty Free Sales Associate Position Is For You If You Enjoy:

• Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
• Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Working at Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

• Contributing to achieving store goals using your customer service and product knowledge skills.
• Deliver the highest of customer service standards that exceed customer expectations, acting as ambassadors of the brand.
• Maintain adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking, and assisting in daily operation of the store.
• Operate a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions.
• Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues.
• Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom.
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• At least 6 months of luxury retail experience.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Capability to lift 40-60 pounds.
