This Duty Free Sales Associate Position Is For You If You Enjoy:
- Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
- Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Working at Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
- Contributing to achieving store goals using your customer service and product knowledge skills.
- Deliver the highest of customer service standards that exceed customer expectations, acting as ambassadors of the brand.
- Maintain adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking, and assisting in daily operation of the store.
- Operate a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions.
- Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
- Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues.
- Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom.
- Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- At least 6 months of luxury retail experience.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
- Capability to lift 40-60 pounds.
