Summary

This full-time Sales Associate at the Chicago outlet reports to the General Manager and serves as a brand ambassador focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. The role is centered on driving sales and clienteling through personalized service and follow-up.

• Provide exceptional client service and promote retail excellence.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV).
• Capture client data and develop genuine client relationships.
• Maintain after-sales service including thank-you notes, follow-up calls, and coordination of repairs or maintenance.
• Support team efforts to generate and retain client relationships; develop initiatives, contests, and events to drive business.
• Process consignments, returns, and exchanges; handle customer repairs and advise on product fit.

• Minimum two years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong clienteling skills and understanding of specialty retail operations.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial, and sales-focused attitude.
