Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients. This role also involves handling handcrafted watches and other client-related inquiries to meet clients' needs and enhance their experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience that reflects Breitling’s values.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling to inspire client confidence and excitement.
- Handle luxury watch sales, insurance inquiries, and after-sales support with precision and care.
- Manage client communications through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Maintain the highest standards of showroom presentation and product handling.
Qualifications
- Proven success in client relations, customer satisfaction, and sales in a luxury retail environment (watches/jewelry experience preferred)
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with handling Insurance inquiries and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- A passion for luxury craftsmanship and the ability to convey that passion to clients.
- Prior experience in the luxury retail sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
