Job Overview

Retail Sales Associate – create a transformational customer experience, drive sales, and embody the Tory Burch brand philosophy while supporting team success. This role involves building lasting relationships with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to meet personal sales goals.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience using strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand and lifestyle to customers, ensuring consistency with brand philosophy.
• Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Support visual merchandising and loss prevention initiatives as a team player.

• 1‑3 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Hourly wage: $16.00‑$19.00 USD (based on experience and location).
