Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise based on needs.;
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and ensure pricing and visual standards.;
Promote MAPS principles and deliver a cohesive omni-channel customer experience; resolve customer concerns and ensure efficient register experience.;
Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and achieve add-on goals including gift card sales; sign up clients for reward program; build and maintain client following through clienteling and wardrobing.;
Assist with replenishment, floor sets, visual directives, and store organization; support boutique cleanliness and operations.
