Luxury Fashion Stylist & Client Lead

Summary

Provide exceptional client service on the boutique floor to drive sales and build long-term client relationships. Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through styling expertise, outreach, and follow-up. Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership to deliver elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients through styling and product knowledge
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Accept and manage repairs and alterations, ensuring timely client communication
• Collaborate with team and boutique leadership to meet sales and service goals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Full-time, in-store presence required
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Passion for fashion, client service, and luxury brand standards
