Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of the Burlington brand and appear at the front lines of our mission to provide world‑class service to our customers. You will greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

Base Pay: $17.05 per hour (Regular Part‑Time)
