Job Summary
This job leads the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives. It manages store operations, upholds merchandising standards, and optimizes inventory processes. The role also involves coaching staff and leveraging industry insights to drive business success.
Responsibilities- Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Facilitating effective onboarding and ongoing development of new hires to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and operational functionality of product demos.
- Partnering with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve customer escalations efficiently.
- Implementing operational procedures to enhance store efficiency, focusing on inventory control and back‑of‑house organization.
- Leading inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to best practices.
- Analyzing performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Providing expert product and service knowledge and staying abreast of industry trends to inform and educate the sales team.
- Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; combinations of coursework and experience considered). - Certifications:

Work Experience:
5–7 years in retail sales or related field. - Skills:
Communication, Customer Experience (CX), Retail Sales Compensation.
Primary Location Pay Range: $18.44 – $30.79 per hour. Targeted Commission: $10.05 per hour. The selected candidate will be offered base pay within this range, contingent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience.
