Retail Sales Associate – Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Location: Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Illinois (stores across region)

Type: Full‑time Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

Compensation: $37,305 – $92,290 annually

Commission: Unlimited commission potential

Serve customers in AT&T authorized retail stores, assisting with electronic device sales, plans, upgrades, and accessory purchases. Maintain store appearance, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (BS/BA preferred)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year proven experience in retail sales or direct customer service
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours/week, stand for long periods, and perform light lifting and traveling to local events
