Parts Counter Job Summary

• Purchase equipment parts or supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Keep accurate account of inventory.
• Maintain documentation of requisitions
• Monitor and verify the delivery of parts.
• Conduct inspection to ensure quality.
• Fulfill customer requests for ordering parts.
• Identify defective parts and issue replacements.
• Accurately identify parts needed for customer.
• Effectively communicate with customers via phone and in person

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be self-motivated.
• Team oriented.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of parts and mechanics

• Physical demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, hearing and traveling.
