• Retail Sales Specialist responsible for assigned territory: store visits, surveys, merchandising, photos, reporting. Requires bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  Chicago, IL (within a 40-60 mile radius)
• Full time, 37.5 hours per week
• Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly
• Responsibilities: selling, merchandising, maintaining distribution for Ferrara Candy Company; ensuring products stocked, ordering when low; using mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads; coordinating tasks; working independently with excellent communication.

• Gain and maintain product distribution by building relationships with store teams.
• Order and place products on shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify product representation on store shelves.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code; adhere to attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, lift regularly throughout the day; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver License, proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone and internet service for daily communication (within 5 years old).
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory and conduct audits at local grocery retailers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).
