As Sales Lead at Intimissimi, you will provide exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and drive sales growth while embodying the company's core values:

• Build genuine relationships with clients and exceed service expectations.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication and capture customer information.
• Manage client book, follow up on shopping experience, and address product care inquiries.

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support managers in daily replenishment, markdown processing, and store KPI tracking.
• Operate the POS system and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store visual and housekeeping standards, including daily cleaning tasks.
• Provide training to new teammates and mentor peers.
• Support store operations and sales strategies to meet commercial goals.

• Eligibility to work in the US.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service in contemporary retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Physical ability to lift over 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.
