Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a driven and passionate Retail Store Associate at the Orland Square Mall in Chicago, IL!

As a Retail Store Associate you are tasked with delivering a best‑in‑class service experience in our first IRL locations, creating a fearless, confident and inclusive environment for our customers. You will connect with a diverse array of guests and teammates, helping to build a forward‑thinking and innovative retail experience for both the store team and the Savage X Fenty customer. • Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, creating a welcoming culture for all customers.
• Actively engage guests and VIP members, focusing on body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
• Stay well informed on the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the store leadership team for continuous improvement of the customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring products, joining inventory counts and maintaining an organized back‑of‑house.
• Strive for excellence by improving day‑to‑day customer service, visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.

• 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in lingerie and intimates.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy or strong comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self‑directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
• Ability to work in a team selling environment.
• Physical capacity to move, talk, hear, reach, grab and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching and ladder climbing may be required.
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
