Job Overview

Full‑time supervisor to coach and train sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth while maintaining the Moose Knuckles standard of service and merchandising.

• Create a unique and honest experience for customers.
• Know product details, why it’s cool, how it’s made, and why customers should buy.
• Manage associate team through development, observation, and coaching.
• Keep the store fresh and maintain Moose Knuckles merchandising standards.
• Understand and promote the importance of diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
• Follow and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations.

• At least one year of experience in a fashion retailer, preferably in a leadership position.
• Experience in luxury apparel retail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on creating an excellent experience.
• Professional attitude and behavior; versatile, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
