The Retail Supervisor – Custom Jersey is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the custom jersey station, ensuring every fan receives a personalized, high‑quality product and exceptional customer service. This role leads a team of associates, manages jersey customization production, maintains quality standards, and creates memorable fan experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.
Essential Responsibilities- Supervise the daily operation of the custom jersey station, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding guest service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an engaging and personalized shopping experience.
- Assist fans with jersey customization, including player names, numbers, patches, and personalized designs.
- Operate and oversee heat press and customization equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation before delivery to guests.
- Manage production queues during high‑volume events, maintaining speed without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels of blank jerseys, lettering, numbering, patches, and customization supplies.
- Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams to replenish stock and minimize downtime.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Train new associates on customization techniques, equipment operation, customer engagement, and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support store opening, closing, cash handling, and other supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase customization sales through fan engagement and upselling.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
