Part‑Time Supervisor – Moose Knuckles

Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Part‑Time Supervisor to our crew. You will play an integral role in coaching and training sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth while having fun. The ideal candidate has strong priorities, team‑management experience, ambition, and a results‑driven mindset.

• Create a unique and honest experience for customers.
• Be the product expert. Know your product, why it’s cool, how it’s made, and why customers should buy.
• Manage your associate team through effective development, observation, and coaching.
• Keep the store looking fresh and maintain Moose Knuckles’ merchandising standards.
• Uphold diversity and inclusion, promoting these values in daily interactions with team and customers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating rules.

• At least one year of working experience in a fashion retailer, preferably in a leadership position.
• Experience in luxury apparel preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dynamic, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Professional demeanor; versatile, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
