H&M - 150 West Roosevelt Road - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products;
Promote and sell products to customers and engage with customers about fashion trends;
Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives;
Maintain garment presentation, perform garment refill and care, and keep the sales floor and back of house tidy;
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and support stock replenishment and visual merchandising guidelines
