Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Full‑Time Supervisor to our crew. You will play an integral role in coaching and training our sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth while having fun. • Create a unique and honest experience for the customer.
• Be the product expert: know the product, why it’s cool, how it’s made, and why customers should buy.
• Manage your associate team through effective development, observation, and coaching.
• Keep the store looking fresh and maintain Moose Knuckles merchandising standards.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in everyday interactions with teammates and customers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operations.

• At least one year of experience in a fashion retailer, preferably in a leadership position. Luxury apparel experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dynamic, customer‑oriented, and professional attitude.
• Versatility, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure.
