Job Summary
Flora & Lane is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Bridal Stylist - Quality Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic hybrid role that blends bridal styling, garment quality control, minor repairs, sample maintenance, and order fulfillment support.
The primary focus of this position is ensuring our gowns, veils, and related goods meet Flora & Lane’s quality standards before reaching our brides. This role will also contribute meaningfully to bridal styling, fulfillment support and studio organization, and from time to time may be asked to participate in social media content creation as part of supporting the broader needs of the business.
Through your contributions to bridal styling, you will help create a supportive and memorable experience for every bride who visits our shop. The quality work done in this role helps ensure that each dress is thoroughly reviewed, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented before it reaches a bride. The fulfillment support provided in this position helps keep our operations running smoothly and ensures each order is handled with great care.

Pay$20.00 - $24.00 per hour + Yearly Performance Bonus

Primary Job Duties- Bridal Styling: Host or assist with bridal appointments, taking accurate measurements and upholding Flora & Lane’s bride-centered experience.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough quality checks on gowns, veils, and related goods to ensure they meet Flora & Lane’s standards before shipment or use in appointments.
- Minor Repairs & Finishing: Perform basic garment finishing and minor repairs such as securing loose threads, stain treatment, minor stitching corrections, and general garment preparation.
- Sample Maintenance: Help maintain shop and studio samples by identifying dresses that need cleaning, repair, steaming, or other upkeep to remain presentation-ready.
- Quality Documentation: Photograph and document quality concerns, recurring issues, and repair needs using internal logs and systems.
- Order Packing & Fulfillment Support: Thoughtfully prepare and pack orders according to wedding dates, shipping notes, and internal standards. Assist with shipment intake, inventory organization, and outgoing shipment preparation.
- Inventory & Studio Organization: Help maintain an organized studio environment, store garments and related items carefully, and support periodic inventory checks and audits.
- Occasional Social Media Content Participation: From time to time, participate in social media content creation by helping prepare garments for content shots, appearing in behind-the-scenes or product-related content, or supporting content needs as requested.
- Sewing
Skills:
Comfort in performing minor hand‑sewing or machine‑sewing fixes for quality and finishing purposes is preferred. - Attention to Detail: Strong ability to notice flaws, inconsistencies, and small details that impact garment quality and presentation.

Ability to handle bridal gowns, veils, and delicate fabrics with care, precision, and respect for fine materials. - Organizational
