Meta Sales Specialist

Job Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists at Best Buy 1142 – Chicago, IL. Pay is $21.25 per hour for 20 hours per week (Friday4:00pm‑8:00pm, Saturday
11:00am‑7:00pm, Sunday
11:00am‑7:00pm). Holiday schedule indicates additional shifts in November and December.

• Engage customers, recommend Meta products, and provide information to enhance their experience.
• Build relationships with customers, sales associates, store leaders, and use a technology‑first mindset.
• Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
• Maintain displays and merchandising standards.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically; submit daily reports.
• Work primarily during high‑traffic times, including weekends (required) and some weekdays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity, customer‑first mindset, and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Availability to work weekends and up to three weekday shifts.

  25 (or equivalent); must be able to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20lb.
• Reliable transportation.
