Hourly pay:
Starting rate $17.75 USD per hour. Pay range $17.75 – $26.65 USD per hour.

Experts of operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent experience for guests by keeping product stocked, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and pricing processes for all GM areas of the store.

The Inbound Expert plays a key role in building a fresh and food‑safe experience and supporting guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and drive‑up.

• Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely at all times, comply with safety policies, and report hazards.
• Support guest services (e.g., back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, drive‑up) while maintaining compliance with adult beverage laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging them in a friendly manner.
• Other duties as based on business needs.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive, welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple-frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment, accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Capacity to stay mobile for the entire shift.
• Acceptable ladder use, lifting up to 44 pounds, and working in varying temperatures and humidity.
• Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
