Pay

The starting hourly rate is $17.75 per hour. The pay range is $17.75 to $26.65 per hour.

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team manages product availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store.

An Inbound Expert supports store operations by performing sorting, stocking, and maintenance tasks to keep the sales floor ready for guests. The role is dynamic and requires teamwork, problem‑solving, and guest‑service skills.

• Execute detailed sorting operations.
• Stock, organize, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment during unloading and moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), and drive‑up (DU).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Perform all other duties as directed by business needs.

• At least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on frequency devices, operate handheld scanners, and use technology equipment.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and complete tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations when needed.
• Climb ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 44 lbs).
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and humidity, including drive‑up and carry‑out environments.
• Remain mobile during the shift.
