Produce Associate

Position Summary

As part of the produce team, you’ll ensure quality, cleanliness, and freshness of produce, support customer service, and enhance the member shopping experience.

Hourly wage: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour (may vary by shift and location). Full time.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate colleagues.
• Ensure proper preparation of produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to specifications.
• Follow company sanitation guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive performance of the area, manage inventory, eliminate waste, and provide customer service.
• Model high quality service and products, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Apply company policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period.
