Job Summary
Support Inventory operations at the Harry Potter Chicago store, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in inventory management, product customization, and merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Follow guidance from the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Lead; work effectively with associates to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and apply brand and product knowledge to daily tasks.
- Adhere to store dress code, punctuality, and brand standards for all inventory operation areas.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures; maintain a clean, safe environment following safety guidelines.
- Support inventory management tasks including cycle counts, inventory adjustments, stock placements, and transfers, and help replenish inventory as needed.
- Assist with customization of products using personalization machines and ensure personalization orders are accurate and processed on time.
- Collaborate with visual teams to maintain and set up planograms.
- Contribute to achieving daily sales goals by engaging customers and supporting sales initiatives, focusing on improving Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Price Transaction (APT).
- Support the ASM and Lead in resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Prioritize customer engagement throughout the store.
- Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead a team to drive results.
- Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
$19 per hour.
