Summary

As a Keyholder, you will support the store management team by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining daily store operations. You will act as the link between management and sales associates, helping to build client relationships and ensure the sales floor is merchandised and operationally ready. The role requires prior luxury retail experience and strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.

• Support store manager with management and coordination of daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Perform duties such as checking in merchandise, preparing and making deposits, and enforcing cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets; maintain a clientele book to encourage repeat business.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales objectives and maintain store standards.

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, adapt quickly, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency with POS systems, personal computers, and software including MS Office.
