Visual Merchandising Leader

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Leader at the Michigan Avenue flagship ensures the consistency, quality and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories. You will coordinate window installations, plan and implement store zoning and rotations, and maintain luxury retail standards to enhance the client experience. The role supports business strategy and leverages visual merchandising to drive sales.

• Coordinate window installations with the corporate office and local suppliers and manage window product changeovers for each rotation.
• Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and product rotations in consultation with Store Management.
• Manage product preparation in back of house, update product locations in the RMS database and oversee installation.
• Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Act as a brand ambassador and role model for visual merchandising and collaborate with stakeholders on events, launches and seasonal guidelines.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance checks to ensure lighting, windows, props and furniture meet luxury retail standards.

• Minimum of five years of visual merchandising experience in retail specialty or luxury environments.
• Experience with leather goods, Ready-to-Wear and accessories, and proficiency in window installations.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented approach and a background in store planning are advantageous.
