Summary
A contracted beauty advisor to support boutiques in Chicago during key moments and product launches. Work within an omnichannel retail team to provide one-on-one consultations, demonstrations, and appointment-based services that support store sales and client retention.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional one-on-one consultation services to clients
- Perform product demonstrations and color swatching
- Manage booked appointments and client follow-up
- Support store sales associates and collaborate to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain visual standards for the beauty area and uphold hygiene and grooming protocols
- Stay up to date on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Passion for makeup and luxury beauty with strong product knowledge
- Comfortable demonstrating products and communicating with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to work scheduled shifts at boutique locations and support launches
- Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards
