Maybe it’s time you moved up. If you want to be the boss, this is your chance. Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers. It’s a tough job that requires judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask.

• Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler and work area.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Attend orientation and training on the job.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 to 90 degrees or above in some areas.
• Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees.
• Sharp edges, moving mechanical parts and the need to work in a crowded environment.

• Standing for most of the shift, walking short distances, and occasional climbing stairs or ladders.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying up to 12 pounds per tray.
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching above 72" and below the floor.
• Frequent use of both hands and eye‑hand coordination required for cooking and order processing.
