Furtuna Skin is seeking a polished, passionate, and results-driven Part-Time Freelance Brand Specialist to represent our brand at luxury retail locations throughout the Chicago area.

As a Brand Specialist, you will serve as the face of Furtuna Skin by educating clients on our products, providing personalized skincare consultations, driving retail sales, and cultivating strong relationships with both customers and retail partners. You will play an integral role in growing brand awareness while delivering the elevated service experience expected of a luxury skincare brand.

This position is ideal for someone with prestige beauty experience who enjoys connecting with clients and representing a premium skincare brand.

Represent Furtuna Skin with professionalism and enthusiasm at assigned retail locations and brand events.

Deliver personalized skincare consultations and expert product recommendations.

Educate clients on Furtuna Skin's heritage, wild-foraged botanicals, and clinically proven formulations.

Achieve and exceed sales goals while increasing brand awareness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store associates and management teams.

Support in-store events, product launches, and promotional activations.

Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the brand is presented to luxury retail expectations.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the Furtuna Skin team.

Complete required reporting and administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience with every interaction.

Previous experience in prestige beauty, luxury skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred.

Passion for skincare, wellness, and client education.

Proven sales ability with a customer-first approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, polished, dependable, and highly organized.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable working weekends and flexible retail schedules as needed.

Reliable transportation to retail locations throughout the Chicago area.

Licensed esthetician is a plus, but not required.

$30.00 per hour

Approximately 15 hours per week
